Empower individuals to reach their goals and objectives, resolve their inner conflicts and improve their relationships with others, both personal and professional.

This practice is bound by certain social, legal and ethical requirements and guidelines.

To minimize delay and fit into your time schedule appointments are arranged in advance. If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment I would appreciate at least 24 hours notice in advance or send me an email or SMS.

Appointments can be arranged within or outside business hours. I make provisions for urgent appointments.

Personal one-on-one counselling with rooms at Surry Hills Sydney NSW and at Richmond NSW are available.

Appointments at Richmond are at 93 Francis Street - a level walk of about 5 minutes (approx. 300m) from Richmond Railway Station - see map below:

Appointments at Surry Hills are at 240 Riley Street - a walk of about 10-15 minutes from either Central Railway Station or Museum Railway Station (approx. 1km) - see map below:

This practice welcomes information provided by other health care professionals such as General Practitioners, Counsellors and Therapists. This information will be kept confidential and private.

A letter of referral from your health care practitioner such as from your General Practitioner is not required for this practice.

Technology and On-Line counselling has benefits in privacy, cost and time savings.

Some clients find it easier to talk on the telephone or on Skype as opposed to a personal visit.

Other clients prefer the email system (this does not offer real time consultation). The email system is great for follow ups and is the most cost effective of all.

Costs are minimized by saving on your travelling expenses and time savings are maximized by not having to rush to scheduled appointments. Both cost and time savings can benefit the busy person or person who cannot travel for specialised help.

International clients find the Skype method useful and extremely cost effective (Skype to Skype costs nothing at time of this publication. Please check your Skype account before committing to this mode of communication).

Telephone counselling, life coaching and personal development is available by pre-arrangement only.

Fees are payable at time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or electronic funds transfer.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please telephone at least 24 hours before your agreed appointment else a cancellation fee is payable on your next visit.

This practice has a reducing fee policy to lighten the burden of extended counselling and therapy sessions. Please discuss this at the time of making your first appointment.

Due to the needs of certain personal development and life-coaching sessions, fees are arranged after your first appointment when clear commitments have been established. Please discuss these at the time of making your first appointment.

This practice has a policy of supporting its clients after business hours and between scheduled appointments at no charge. Please discuss this free support facility at the time of your first appointment.
